To run a farm holiday business you need a farm, you must make it work at its best and therefore must be a registered farmer. The difference between a farm holiday centre and a restaurant is the type of products and services offered: most of the specialities the guest enjoys come directly from the farm. Furthermore the wines you drink or the food not produced directly on the farm are always supplied locally and are products typical of Piedmont.
