I formaggi

During the lactation period our animals produce an average of 50 lt. per day of cow milk and about 100 lt. of goat milk.
We use 60% of the milk for the farm to prepare:
- breakfast milk
- Ice-cream
- butter
- and most of it is exploited for the dairy production

Our cheeses:
- whole milk ricotta
- caprini
- primo sale
- fresh toma
- aged toma

The percentages of cow and goat milk vary based on the type of cheese.
